These battery packs are general held in place with velcro. Just pull up and it should come out. You will hear the velcro snapping as you pull up on it. Make sure you line it up properly when you install it. The battery contacts must be touching one another

Hp Laptop, its only several months old ,and was not in use for a month now its not turning on.

I know this is an obvious question but is the laptop fully charged? Yes, I've done that. If it won't turn on it is often a power supply issue. Have you tried plugging the charge cable into the laptop and turning it on while it is connected to a wall socket? If it starts up, the battery is most likely low on charge.

How do u get a Schwinn electroglide s600 to start back up after I slammed on the breaks and now it won't move

Start with the basics. Is it the correct key? (If it needs one). Is the scooter actually turned on? (YES, I've done that!). Are you using the correct starting method? Is it fully charged?
Does this bike have a battery pack you can remove to charge? If yes turn the scooter off, remove the battery pack, check there is no dirt in the battery tray and firmly refit the battery.
You description suggests you might have 'bounced' the batteries. Basically the sudden stop has caused the batteries to move slightly tripping the safety cut out. There are 2 types of safety cut out. Push button and fuse.
For the push button type look carefully at the battery case on the scooter, is there a small red button somewhere on it? Yes? Turn the scooter OFF and leave it alone for 10 minutes. Then with the scooter turned OFF press and hold the red button firmly and release it. Turn on the scooter, it should work correctly.
For the fuse type there will a small plastic block somewhere in the wire close to the batteries. This will have either a flat blade fuse or a traditional cylinder fuse. They are usually really cheap so you could change it anyway.
REMEMBER Always replace fuses with one that is EXACTLY the same 'A' rating (Amps). They are usually colour coded to make it easier.

How do I put the saw on the pole

1. Remove battery from chain saw.

2. Separate main handle from chain saw

power head by pressing both release

buttons on main handle and pulling

apart. The release buttons are just in

front of the trigger.

3. Align rib on chain saw power head with

groove in power head adapter on pole.

4. Slide power head into power head

adapter until units "snap" together.

IMPORTANT: Both release

buttons on power head adapter must be

fully engaged.

5. Align rib on handle adapter on pole

with groove in main handle.

6. Slide main handle into handle adapter

until units "snap" together.

IMPORTANT: Both release buttons

on main handle must be fully

engaged.

7. Slide battery onto main handle until

release buttons "snap" together.

Be sure the battery is charged.

To extend the pole:

1. Loosen the clamping

freely.

2. Pull inner pole section out to desired

length of extension.

3. To lock pole in position, tighten clamping

lever.

My Compaq 8230 laptop will not power up, any thoughts? Is there a reset button somewhere? Thanks!

Hi there

Ensure the laptop is fully charged and also make sure that the battery is inserted properly

Also remove the battery and plug the laptop directly to power to see if it will com on,if it does then the battery needs to be changed.

If it doesnt then the problem is from the power pack, the power pack is probably burnt and should be changed for your system to power up again.

I would suggest a factory restore to fix the problem. If you have data on the computer that needs saving then do this first, if unable to do this then take to a computer shop to have it done for you.

Bonnet cable snapped, need advice on how to open bonnet

Most of the time the cable snaps at the release handle. If you remove the handle and get the end of the cable, you can cut off the cable jacket and use needle nose pliers or vise grips to grab the cable and pull to release bonnet.

I have just been bought a Canon MP600 printer. I thought I follwed al of the instructions correctly. It is installed on my Computer and I have put in the ink artridges but there is still a message on the...

Ink cartridges and print heads are 2 different things.

A print head is the part on the printer that the ink snaps into. On most canon printers this part is removable.

What I would do is take the ink out and then that piece that they snap into that moves across the page, look and see if that piece removes. (normally they have a release button or lever) If it does just take it out and put it back in as sometimes the computer chips don't make a good contact and the printer just doesn't know it's there. Make sure there isn't any little piece of plastic covering the chips. They like to ship them that way.

Try that and if it doesn't help I would pack up the printer and go exchange it seeing as you just purchased it. 90% of the time just taking the print head out and putting it back in will fix your problem for you. The other 10% of the time you just have a defective head.

Hope this helps, let me know
