Oakley Thump MP3 player will not able to recharge (by 2 users)

My Oakley Thump MP3 sunglasses just won't able to recharge. Is the battery dead ? It keep blinking forever when the USB Oakley cable plug into computer. Normally it will stop blink when it is fully charged. Anyway to fix this ?
