Name i want to change my name on fb to the same thing except in my countrys language/ spelling

You've essentially created a new FB account. They don't make it easy to change user names. You may have to live with 2 accounts.

You or someone with access to your account most likely has done something prohibited. If it were me I would create a new account with my nickname instead of my real name or add a letter to the spelling of my name. OH, get a new email address to register. The right thing to do is contact FB and ask questions.

Gzifa is correct. Many languages spell these names differently based on culture and sounds through the language.

When you press "Address"...Your next screen should be the state you are in. If you want to change the state or country go to the bottom of that screen and press "State or Country". Next screen you can select "Spell State or Province". If you want to change Country press the bottom of the screen and proceed to the next screen and enter the country name....example Canada....

in Firefox, check Tools->Options->Advanced... see the "Check my spelling when i type" checkbox, check it and click ok

You may change the Language by going to Settings. It is in between your Name and Logout on the upper right side. Then you will see 6 tabs under My Account. The fifth tab will be the Language option. The order of these tabs are: Settings, Network, Notifications, Mobile, Language and Payments.

From there, you can change your Primary Language to English. Hope this helps.
