HI:
Check on your remote control for a aspect button or pic size button, or format button, if you are using a cable box for channels or satelite, look for these same buttons and go thru the different screens formats until you have the one you want. Or you may be in PIP mode (picture in Picture) if so look for a PIP button and push to turn off this mode

Want to make all my pictures reduced to smaller so as to not take up so much space & new pictures that I send in emails small.

The size of the pictures on your phone do not affect the battery life at all. Also, pictures that are already on your phone cannot have their size changed. You would need to check your camera's settings to see if you can change the size of any pictures you make take in the future.

My vizio flat screen has screen stuck in top right

Your TV is in Picture in Picture (PiP) mode. The small picture is the previous live input. The bigger dark area is the current input where there's no live source.

Find the PiP button on the TV remote or via the TV's menus. Press PiP a number of times to cycle through the options. Stop when the picture is the size you want.

Have a read of your TV manual. Stuff like this is detailed in there.

Enlarging file size of pictures

That camera shoots at 7.2Megapixels at max resolution, that should print an 8.5x11 without any issue.

Check the settings on the camera to make sure that you've got it set to take "high" resolution, and not "low".

In the settings, there should be a resolution option that you can change. It's likely set to take lower resolution that what the camera can actually handle.

My pictures come out too small when downloaded!!

Instead of going to print size, you need to head to the quality tab of your camera. Here you will find the option for 640 x 480. This size is only good though for email quality. If you want a higher quality for printing images, you need to move that resolution up.

TIP: I myself have a casio camera and i take all my pictures at the highest availible quality. You can always reduce the file size on your computer, but you can never add quality. While it may take more space on my card, it is like the old saying about dressing warmly... you can always peel layers off....

Taking a smaller image from S80

In picture-taking mode, hit the Func Set button. You will see menus of options along the left side and bottom of the display. Tap the bottom of the scroll ring (the ring around the Func Set button) until the bottom option of the left menu is highlighted in red. This option sets the image size of the pictures you are taking. Change this size by rotating the scroll wheel. The 5 options are Large, Medium1, Medium2, Medium3, and Small. The image size in pixels is displayed above the bottom menu as you switch between sizes. When finished, hit Func Set again.
