Evaporator models are normally exact.and matched to their correct condensers. They can be adapted sometimes but always small issues arise. Possibly get the correct original part to match what you have just bought.Check the gas content as well because the system also has its own protection to low gas and also wont start up.

Hello my name is Heath it will be my pleasure to assist you. First if you didin't turn the power off to the unit your thermostat controls before switching the thermostats then you probably blew the car like fuse in the unit. You will have to go to the unit and find the fuse and see if it blew which it probably did. This is what the fuse should look like:I REPLACED ST9120C 2002 WHITH A ST9120U 1011. I - 4a50998.jpg

York diamond 80 fan starts running blowing cold air before furnace ignites..replaced thermostat

OK so you replaced the Thermostat huh? OK well then did you also replace the Thermistor Temperature Sensor? or whatever is used? As often it's BOTH, also check the wiring from the sensor to the host, in any event if it's NOT that then all it can be is the controller board, most likely the Micro? Check any and all sensors first though.. try to get a service manual too, it's hard without one?

No power to roof clearance lights on chevy 2002 hd2500 crew cab diesel can't find which fuse and location also fog lights indicator switch does not light up

int pak fuse--10 amp, left i/p fuse block. Not only check the fuse, check for voltage on fuse circuit, head lamp switch on. At the clearance lamps, brown wire is voltage, black is ground.

Replace your resistor if you haven't already. I had the same issue with mine, it only worked on high.

Will not shut off

Sounds like a stuck relay on the unit itself. Maybe there is a short in the control wire that comes from the thermostat that activates the fan.

The thermostat probably has one hot wire at all times. The thermostat then chooses which wire to send the voltage down based on your selection. One of those wires is probably for the fan only. Make sure that it is in good condition (no bare, pinched or wires)
