Question about Acer Computers & Internet
If you right click on it, then you can find it when the box appears for your settings. If it is stuck then, Try clicking on the fn, f3, or f7 key. It sounds like it's locked. Different functions keys work for different kinds of computers. It should have a keypad emblem with an x across it.
If you type in Administrator, and press enter, then it should bypass your password.

What tye of operating system are you running?
How do you know you can move it if you can't see it?
you can open a command prompt (start, run, type "cmd" without the quotes and hit enter in Windows XP or just tye in cmd in search box in Vista) type in "Control" and hit enter. Select the mouse (mouse and pointers in Windows XP) option and you can test your mouse or change your cursor.
