Are you trying to hook up a gas fryer to a gas cylinder tank? If so, you hook them up with a hose. If you have natural gas, you need a gas line, and if you have a fryer on casters, you would need a quick disconnect hose instead. If it's an LP Gas fryer, then the gas hose is much smaller and cheaper. We sell all of these if you need one, at Restaurant Equipment Outlet, 888-542-5959, Cincinnati, Ohio. Thanks, Susan

I need a replacement hose for an Eastman Outdoors turkey fryer -model 90314. I am in Saskatchewan,Canada.Where do I find parts?

I assume you need the hose/regulator assembly. If so, you can purchase one from any home center or hardware store that sells gas grills and accessories. Just take your old one with you for comparison purposes.

How to drain oil from fryer

Most fryers have a valve right inside the front door that you can place a bottle under and drain the oil right into it...
If not then get a small diameter plastic hose from a hardware store and siphon the oil out...**** the oil up the hose till it is over the side of the fryer, then hold the vacuum and drop the hose over the side and lower then the oil level and the oil will start to siphon out...

Soot build up

Flame is Orange? If so, propane is "choked", not enough air. Remove burners, clean each burner hole with a same size metal dowel (coat hanger works well) flush out inside of burner with garden hose, hi pressure air through all holes to dry. Replace burners ONLY after also cleaning chambers and chimney (garden hose and long brush). Do not forget to clean pilot light area too.
Most Imperials are pre-set air intake. Check gas pressure if able, 3" NG, 10" LPG. Good Luck

How do I attach the hose to the cast iron burner,do I just thread the brass fitting to the cast iron burner or is there something missing

Hello. Yes, the brass fitting goes on to the burner. At the other end of the hose is the valve and the larger connector for the propane tank. Enjoy your turkey! Regards, Joe

How to clean the bottom of the fryer?

Hi there. Probably your best bet would be to prop the rear legs up a little, to tilt it forward, and use a garden hose, and flush everything into a bucket in front of the drain. You may need warm water, to loosen the debris, or you could fill it with water, hook up the gas, and boil it, does a fine job of cleaning.

Hope that helps, and thank you.
