That means that either the media where you want to copy the files is faulty or write-protected(eg. when using an USB stick), or that one of the files is corrupted.
Try copying different files one by one. Let me know if the problem happens with all files.
Also let me know from where to where you are copying the files (eg.from USB stick onto My documents on C: drive).
