I know this sounds crazy but I just did this to mine & it worked! Mine would get power & allow me to set the clock but the brew now button would not work & I could not set the timer for delay brew. I admit, I was pissed, so I poured out the water & pounded on the base a little... I hit it a few times & banged it a few more while unplugged... plugged it back in & I pressed brew now & brewed! Then I dumped it out & set my time, delay brew timer & I am in business again!!! An internal wire was probably shifted out of place or something ridiculous because I never had any problems before this but it has been sitting a while. There is no other fix unfortunately because this model is outdated & they no longer postthe instructions or troubleshooting online. I have the same exact model. Good luck!!!

Sounds like there are a couple of problems -
First, are you certain that the coffee basket is clean? If the coffee basket has a valve on the bottom that allows you to remove the carafe to pour a cup of coffee, make sure the valve is clean. Being dirty would cause it to trickle coffee slowly into the carafe, and will hold coffee in the basket too long.
2nd, you may need to flush the water heating system as they can become corroded with precipitated solids from the water.
To do this, mix 1 part vinegar to 2 parts water in the carafe. Pour into the coffee maker and tell it to make coffee. Do this a couple of times, using a fresh mix of vinegar and water each time. Pour the used mixture down the drain.
When you feel it is clean, follow it up with a fresh pot of water. Then wash and rinse the carafe.
The coffee maker is now ready for it's next use.

SOURCE: Coffee not brewing
This machine depends on heat to move the water to the top. The heating element, or thermal fuse, or burned contacts are the usual suspects. The warmer under the coffee pot is not part of the coffee making process. It is repairable.

What do you like or don't like about this Product?after using this pictured maker for a year or more , cleaning regularly it will still have wet gunk buildup above the tank on a ledge behind the dial. if you manage to get liquid clear up to that level you can short out the electronics as there are 2 screws there an unsealed electronics. only dissembling the coffee pot will allow you to see the offending gunk , mold , mildew an sludge you would never want to drink. and very much alive since you add water an let it set all night . this model should have come with the middle tank removable an needed to be totally redesigned. if you have one of these over a year old toss it as your endangering your health very very much.......
