An additional solution was sent to me by your team twice by email. I clicked the suggestion and also typed it separately on my address bar, but I can't get it to appear. I just keep getting the original answer. Can this be fixed so that I can at least read the team's suggestion? Thanks. FixemGirl

    I have tried to find your suggestion. I went to My Profile--Problems, but I still can't locate your suggested solution to my problem. I really don't know why this is happening, because I really would like to read it. Any ideas? Thank you. FixemGirl

    I'm still working on the original problem with my HP Pavilion N5415. The only answer I have been able to read is the first one. All the subsequent ones can't even be viewed on My Profile. When I click a solution, the system automatically reverts back to the place that says to go to My Profile. It's just a vicious cycle. I don't know what's wrong. Thanks, FixemGirl

    Well, it certainly is a mystery. I really would like to see what you have written, but the same problem occurrs. I signed in, went to My Profile, saw that a new solution was posted. I clicked the heading above the solution, and I immediately arrived at the instruction to click and go to My Profile. I then clicked "1 Solution" (or something like that) and again I was routed to the instruction to click and be routed to My Profile, and go to my Problems. Maybe the problem is in my computer, but I haven't a clue what to do. The same thing keeps happening over and over again. Again, I really would like to read what you and the others have said. The only solution I have been able to read was the first one, which was from krishmaqvan. The remaining ones were offered, but I have yet to be able to read them. I haven't given up. Hope someone can identify the problem and (perhaps) fix it (?). Thanks again. FixemGirl

2 separate accounts--need to combine

There is a way to automatically send emails sent to one email address to another.
If you want all your gmail to be sent to your yahoo mail, log on to your gmail account first, and then follow the instructions below:

To forward all new emails:

  1. Click the gear in the top right.
  2. Settings.
  3. Select the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
  4. Click Add a forwarding address in the "Forwarding" section.
  5. Enter the email address you want to forward to.
  6. For your security, we'll send a verification email to that address. Open your other email account and find the confirmation message from the Gmail team. If you're having trouble finding it, check your Spam folder.
  7. Click the verification link in that email.
  8. Back in your Gmail account, reload the page in your web browser - look for the reload icon snp_473524eeb211d78ea552b2881d1a3a1e8358_6002871_en_v0.
  9. Forwarding and POP/IMAP page in Settings, check thatForward a copy of incoming mail is selected and your email address is in the drop-down menu.
  10. In the second drop-down menu, choose what you want Gmail to do with your messages after they're forwarded, such as keep Gmail's copy in the Inbox (recommended) or archive Gmail's copy.
  11. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

Stop auto-forwarding

If you no longer want to automatically forward your mail, follow these instructions:
  1. Open the Gmail account that you forward from.
  2. Click the gear in the top right.
  3. Settings.
  4. Select the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
  5. Select Disable forwarding in the "Forwarding" section.
  6. Click the first drop-down menu after "Forward a copy of incoming mail to" and check for any addresses listed as "(in use by a filter)." To disable the forwarding filter, choose the Remove option.

How do you send an e-mail ?

1) Click New in the upper left corner to write an email.
On the new page, click in the blank box beside To: and type the email address of the person you're writing to. Add addresses in the Cc: field if you want to send a copy of your email to anyone else. Others receiving this email will be able to see anyone listed in the Cc: line.

2) Inside Subject: give your email a title-then write whatever you want to in the message window. That's the big box below.
Sending is the easy part. Once you're done writing (and attaching photos or files if you want... see below), just click Send.
Here are some tips that can help you in the future:

3) Open your Address Book in a sub-window
Clicking To:, Cc: or Bcc: (see below) opens your Address Book in a sub-window, from which you can select recipients. Click Insert Checked Contacts when you're done.

4) Multiple Recipients:
Send your email to more than one person. Add additional email addresses after To: and separate them with commas (e.g.,,, etc.). If you will be emailing this group again, you might want to create a category for them. That way, in the future you can send to the group in one click!

5) Bcc:
If you want to send a copy of your email to someone, and not let anyone else see that they're getting a copy, click Show Bcc above the To: line. Bcc is "blind carbon copy. Bcc: recipients are invisible to the To: and Cc: recipients of the email, as well as to each other. For example, if you send an email to with a Bcc: to, you will see himself as the message's only recipient. You will also get the email, and she will see that you addressed and sent the email To: You as well.
Check spelling:
While composing and email, you can check the spelling in your email. Just click the Spelling button at the top of the page. If you want to localize your spell check to a specific language, click the arrow next to the Spelling button and select the appropriate language from the drop down menu.
Misspelled words are underlined in red. To view a list of suggested corrections for any misspelled words just click it!
Attach Photos and Files:
Click Attach at the top of the page. In the window that opens, click Browse to find and select the file you want. When you've got it, click Open. Repeat these steps to attach more files, and when you're finished, click Attach Files.

I dont know how to verify my email

Usually, when a website wants to verify your email account, they will send you an email with a link to click on or a code to enter somewhere on their website. If you did not receive this email, check your spam folder.

Try to highlight the link with your mouse, then right click on the highlighted link and select "Copy" from the menu that pops up.

After that, open your Internet Browser and right click in the address bar (the bar at the top where you type in a website address), then select "Paste" and it should paste the link in the address bar of the web browser. Once you do that, just hit "Enter" on your keyboard and it should go to the link/website.

Someone has embeded a advertizement in my email client .When i send out a new email unless i delete the ad before i send the email it is included in the email. Twice these ads have been sent to everyone in...

I found these instructions useful for some kinds of advertising:

1. In the upper-right corner of the Windows Live Hotmail home page, click "Options" and then click "More options"
2. Under Customize your mail, click "Personal e-mail signature"
3. Delete the text or any image in the signature box, and then click "Save."

Every time i try to log in i can never get on



Type in the address bar of your Web browser to make sure you're on the right page and try again. Often times, when someone wants to hack myspace accounts, they will trick you into clicking on a link that seems valid or find some other way of getting you to access a fake log in page. When this is the case, entering your email and password will result in nothing happening except that information being sent to an FTP site or an email address. From that point, the hacker then has your email address and password.

Hopefully, you haven't been hacked. But I advise you to stop trying to log on, go to myspace's home page, click forgot password, type your email address and get a password reset email sent to you. Log into your email to open that message and reset your password. Once you have done that, go back to myspace and try logging in with your email address and new password.
