Kell,

look at the key, see the letters that look like uppercase are you putting them in as uppercase, you / we sometinge mistake the "l" (L) for a #1
if it looks upper case pt it in as upper case and if theat doesnt work get ahold of there tech support online because you paid good money for the prod and they owe you initial support

I have hp dv6 laptop..windows7...it's annoying because ''windows explorer usb device not recognized'' keep popping up..i already did uninstall the ''unknown device'' in...

let me understand this
this is not post , saying that and unstated USB device is dead
but is Phantom device. you dont want.

That is PNP
why not unplug all USB devices, then put them all back in 1by 1 to see which one is the problem child.
then get the correct driver, from HP or from the maker of the device that is failing.
there is no other way, (be connected to the web if on PnP will be near brain dead.)
are you, connected?

if say a DV6xxxxx (what is the full model number)
say there is no USB plugged in at all, that means hardware failure
deep in the MOBO
or is missing base line HP USB chip drivers missing or mangled.
this would be a true phantom, no USB devices there.
and is bad USB chip drivers for your unstated DV6
there are many DV6s and not all DV6s use the same chips
so........ see here.

see a real service tag,, to get help at HP.com
they will demand that funny 4 digits at the red arrow and us
us means for USA> as we to have special chips, .
the below is (sanitized,neutered)

DV5 example.
if posting to hp.com id say my DV6-1234us was messed up.
1234 i just made up.

Hi, my yahoo account keeps being hijacked..Everyday I've tried to sign in, but the "invalid yahoo id or password" keeps showing up. I've changed the password each time this thing happened, but...

Your problem might be that your computer has a key logger virus or some other virus that keeps recording your key strokes. This is a malware that is sometimes recieved via email.

You can scan your computer for such malware or virus.
OR check if your system is being monitered in some way or the other. (probably the system admin or network admin)

But i think that the key logger might be your problem. If you dont have a good anti virus, buy one by checking the Antivirus ratings and scan your computer thoroughly.

Good luck and hope it helps.

Hi when ever i try to open an excel, word, powerpoint file I get "preparing to install mircrosoft office professional hybrid 2007 please wait" then more boxes then it asks for the disc which I dont...

first thing i would ask, is how did you get it. was it from a cd you have lost since. reason i ask is that i want you to uninstall the entire suite and reinstall it. now if you have the proper key you can go to microsfot.com and download the trial version and when that is installed you just go to the option page and type in the active key. if this happen recently and you had a good working version i would say it is a virus or malware, scrug that system run your antivirus on full drive same with malware removal, shut it down and reinstall. It is looking for a cd to install the product on your machine even though you had it installed. now if someone gave you the key then i will say MS has gotten wise and deactivated that key. But I am not saying that just speculation on steps to follow.

I have a fujifilm j150w and it keeps on sayin card not initialize

i dont think there is a solution to this problem. i have the same problem with fujifilm j150w and this stupid error usually happens when you are at the height of excitement in taking pictures. it is sooooo annoying.

a temporary solution to it though is just format the stupid memory card using the stupid digicam. you can still you it though. but you can't depend on the digicam for special occasions and important events. i really dont think its worth it

Xbox disconnecting

Log into the router and make sure that you have not limited the number of wireless connections allowed to access the internet. You also want to adjust your antivirus/firewall settings so that all devices in your house are 'trusted'.
