Hi. Open Bluetooth Manager from the control Panel and click add a device.
If you're using a bluetooth mouse, press the connect button underneath the mouse and wait until it appears on the box then click add and follow the instructions. You can do this as well with your other bluetooth devices.

Open the laptop and turn it on. Log into Windows.
Confirm that you have the latest Bluetooth drivers
Press the Fn and F2 keys to enable Bluetooth connectivity. Locate the array of green lights near the display. Confirm that Bluetooth connectivity is enabled by checking to see if the light next to the Bluetooth icon is lit.
Select the Control Panel from the Start menu. Open the Bluetooth Devices Control Panel.
Click on the "Options" tab. Activate the option labeled "Turn discovery on." Bluetooth connectivity is now enabled
try to give more infomation on your laptop and operating system,but in general you can go the the control panel (classic view) and you will see the bluetooth icon there select it and all your bluetooth options will be there.
There should be a switch just above the keyboard to turn wireless/bluetooth on or off. Make sure this is turned on first. Once you have the bluetooth controller turned on, click on the start icon and open Control Panel. Find and open 'Devices and Printers'. Click 'Add a Device' and follow the instructions to pair your bluetooth device with your PC.

Open your computer's Control Panel center to access your Bluetooth Device settings. Click on the Windows icon or the "Start" icon on your computer desktop's taskbar at the bottom of the screen. When the pop-up menu opens, click on the "Control Panel" link.
Access your Bluetooth Device settings. When the Control Panel opens, click on the settings link that reads, "Bluetooth Devices." This link will display all of the possible actions and settings you can take regarding your laptop's Bluetooth technology.
Configure your laptop's Bluetooth technology. Select the "Start the Bluetooth Device" action. The blue and white Bluetooth icon will appear in the Windows System tray within the computer desktop's taskbar.
Network with another device in order to import and export files. Double-click on the blue and white Bluetooth icon on your computer desktop's taskbar. A Bluetooth dialog window will appear on your screen displaying your Bluetooth technology portal. Click on the "Add Devices" action. You will then be asked if your laptop would like to search for other compatible devices. Click "Next" to proceed. You will be prompted to choose a passkey for the pairing. Create a simple passkey and click on the "Pair" option. When the notification is received by the other device, enter the same passkey to pair the device to your laptop.
go to control panel then open printers or other hardware then hola you can see your bluetooth icon and check the show the blluetooth icon in the notification area or if you'd check the two boxes on the option tab and connection area then try to connect thru bluetooth device so you'll see the bluetooth icon on the taskbar.
