Hi
Deflate the tire and then you can gently move the valve to a straight up position. Now refill the tube.

How to put air in tire of e300 razor

  1. rotate the rear wheel until the hole in the sprocket lines up with the tyre valve.
  2. insert the tyre valve extension through the hole and attach it to the tyre valve
  3. inflate the tyre to the correct pressure (usually 45psi)
  4. remove valve extension and put in a safe place for next time.
Inflating the rear tyre is detailed in the owners manual, which you can download from the Razor web site.

Tire pressure for the The HS740 CTM Mobility Scooter - 4-Wheel Stability

This scooter may have air free tires not requiring any inflation. This type of tire has foam in the tire and is maintenance free. Look for a air inflation nozzle coming out of the tire. If you don't see one the tire is air free. If you do have a nozzle, then you can add air up to the maximum inflation pressure written on the side of the tire. Hope this helps.

Will not take air -- how do you work this pump on this Presta Valve System?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Presta_valve

"The air pressure in an inflated tire holds the inner valve body shut. A small screw and captive nut on the top of the valve body permits the valve to be screwed shut and ensure that it remains tightly closed. The nut must be unscrewed to permit airflow in either direction (this must be done before attaching a pump). The screw remains captive on the valve body even when unscrewed fully; it is tightened again after the tire is inflated and the pump removed."

How do you inflate a Bicycle tire with the small portable pump? the air is coming from the needle to inflate balls and not from the nozzle. It is a Schwinn small portable bicycle pump.

Usually, the needle used to inflate balls is an attachment to the pump. Is there a lever near the fitting the needle comes out of? Moving the lever 90 degrees from its current position should allow you to pull the needle attachment out. The hole the needle came out of is where the valve stem from your tire goes to pump the tire up. Jam the stem in the hole, crank the lever back to lock it in and pump away. Unlock the lever to release the stem when the tire's inflated and you're golden.

Air preassure in victory scooter

Most electric mobility scooters with inflatable tires require a tire pressure of 30-35 psi (be sure to check the manual of your scooter for the correct tire pressure). Do not allow the tires to become under-inflated or over-inflated. Under-inflated tires could make the scooter unstable and over-inflated tires can burst under pressure. Also, you should manually inspect the tires periodically to make sure they haven't taken any serious damage that could lead to a flat.

if there tires are the right pressure, sounds like the bar that holds the wheels has either come loose if possible or been bent downwards, I don't recommend you removing them.

New 55ah batteries but charge won't last.

Battery life is affected by many things. But inside a tiled space like Walmart is probably the best possible running conditions. Make sure your tires are fully inflated, and you may need to have the motors check for worn brushes or maybe the wheel bearings are dry. Does the scooter push hard when in free-wheel mode? You may also need to have your charger checked, to be sure your batteries are really being fully charged.
