According to the model, maybe JB Weld the choke lever back together and fuel lines are completely replaceable....get 'um at a lawnmower parts/repair shop. They are Tygon lines.

If your fuel filter has no fuel perhaps you have a leak or loose gas fitting . try tighten all gas fittings from gas tank to carb.
If the gas tank is higher then the engine then it may be gravity fed (no fuel pump). If you do have a fuel pump the make sure it's in working order. Make sure there's no blockage in your fuel line.

My weed eater will run with the full choke but want in half choke or run mode.

There may be a filter clogged.Check the gas tank for a filter on the gas line in the tank. Also inside the carb is a very small screen.Inspect the gas line and the primer bulb for small leaks. It may be hard to find but the oly reasons for it to act this way is restricted fuel flo or air getting in the fuel system.

If you remove the air filter you should see the choke butterfly valve on the air intake to the carburettor.
The choke lever should be connected to the axle of this valve on the outside of the carburettor.

How to start?

You first have to make sure there is gas, oil mix in the gas tank. Then make sure the switch is set to run. You have to make sure the choke lever is closed on the choke position and pull the cord. When it tries to start open the choke slightly until it warms up about 30 seconds then open the choke fully.

You say you cleaned the carb. If you did that by spraying cleaner in through the choke, that's good, but it doesn't get to the root of the problem. The problem is getting the gas into the carb. Try this. drain the gas. Put a small amount of carb cleaner and gas in the tank (about 1:1) Start it up, but don't run it dry. Let it sit for an hour. Then start it up and run the tank dry. Then try just a little gas to see if that fixed it. If not, repeat. Good luck Al K

Turns over but will not crank. A litle gas on the

sounds like a fuel system problem If the machine has been laid up I sugest you drain the fuel from both the tank & carby remve the fuel line from the tank make sure that there is adequate fuel flow from the tank if this proves to be good you might also want to check the inlet manifold for leaks if it is sucking air this can cause to weak a mixture ie to much air try starting it with the choke closed if it starts on choke it is almost certainly a leaking inlet manifold all the best Geoff
