Hi, you have to first of all transfer the ringtones/music to your laptop, after then you go to google and download a free mucic converter. After download, you now use the converter to convert the ringtone/music to your desired format like 3gp using the options in the converter to do it. When you finish the conversion, you then send the ringtone/music back into your phone and it starts working...
