SOURCE: Remove Outer Glass Of Oven Door
Depending on the unit there should be several screws on the top and bottom of the door. Thesse screws hold the door sections together. Once the screws are removed the inner glass section should slide out (you may have to remove the bracket screws.) From here there should be some small clips that hold the front glass in place.

this is a new one too me but ill give a shot
ive never seen an over where the supports were all intack
they should be screwed in at least to of them by what i call the hidden screw or plug either the 2 bottom come out or the 2 top ones come out to where the glass slides into position and just put the supports back into place
i was reading reviews on this particular item and clearly by what there describing this is not a very good functioning machine all out of tune from the older style

look for screws around the door, usally phillips, remove them then gently pry the door apart. popping the door off will make work easier.
