Many thanks for your prompt reply.

Can you tell me if there is any software or hardware I can get to solve the problem but still keep this keyboard?

Sir, there is no such hardware or software that i can think of which can give you a capslock warning light but still be able to use the same keyboard. I think you will need to change your keyboard just to get a Capslock warning light and that would be such a shame as this keyboard is a very good product.

First make sire your caps lock key is sitted fins on ket board.
Then pull it and clean dust from it's position on key board.
Then if still CAPS LOCK led is not flashes then you need to change that LED on keyboard.
Press SHIFT key if it change the upper and lower then go to start ->control panel->Regional and language settings Seconds TAB Languages click on details Then click on "Key settings" and make sure CAps lock option button is enable for turn off the caps lock.
Then apply and ok.

The display on my Onkyo TX-SR 803 is blank does not light up. Everything is functioning properly. Volume light is lit. Any suggestions.

This is a common fault, I got in touch with Onkyo and they referred me to a company called GenServe based in Swindon.  My receiver was under warranty and I live near Swindon.  The company was very helpful and fixed the problem in a couple of hours!  It's worth calling them on 01793 886333. www.genserve.co.uk

Keyboard

I'm no expert but have had a similar problem in the past. A UK keyboard would probably work on your machine, but some keys will be in different places. If you can live with that, I suppose that with a bit of learning and flexibility you could be OK..

Perhaps it depends on how good a typist you are! and also how different your original keyboard is.. assuming it is a US keyboard, it ought to be easy to find the difference in key positions on the internet, then you can decide if you can live with that?)

'hope this helps..
