Hi. The four leds flashing quickly at start of the cycle means that there is an inlet problem. Check that the inlet hose is not bent, blocked or kinked, ensure that water has sufficient pressure. The inlet valve can be tested reading Ohms at valve terminals. If valve is faulty, the solenoid contacts will read open using a multimeter set on Ohms (infinite Ohms). If water is filling correctly, then the problem is usually the water level switch. The switch can be tested removing it from appliance and ensuring that it is opening and closing, or in a simpler and more efficient way, by jumping its contacts. Other way to check inlet is by jumping door switch and observing what happens by starting a cycle with door open (it must be done by a tech). Some of the testing described is only suitable for a trained technician. Here the user manual: CDI 1012 (41012895)en Regarding the service manual, I have different CDI series manuals, but most of my service documents from Candy are in Italian (it is an italian brand). I do not have the CDI 1012, I uploded here the CDI 45:Candy dish cdi45_32900048.pdf, I hope it can help to locate parts. Regards. Ginko.

Diplomat intergrated dishwasher error code FA

FA is a problem with the tubidity sensor. By holding down the power button, it stops, but just repeats everytime you try a new wash cycle. So keep doing it and you can atleast use it. If you want to go one step further and find a permanent solution try feeling around in the sump (where the filter slots in) being careful for any broken glass. Other than that it will probably be a strip-down job to examine the internal hoses and the pump; not a DIY job to be honest.

I have a candy cdi 3515 and after about 1/2 an hour into the programme it stops and a continuous alarm bleeping starts.

Is there water in the dishwasher when it stops?
Are you able to check if the water is normal temperature or warm/ hot?

Can you try the dishwasher in a short cycle and see if it completes the cycle?

Candy dishwasher CDl 1012/2-80, program stuck?

Hi Derek if its only been used about as you say ten times it will stil be under gaurantee, just call the supplier and have them solve the problem for you mate it sounds as if the program selector is faulty as it is all eletronic programming and could even be a faulty circuit board.
hope this helps

Candy cdi 1012 dishwasher

Did anyone ever manage to work out what the cause of this was? Our dishwasher is exactly the same. We had it fixed once under warranty and it lasted about a year before breaking again. Unfortunately we never asked what work was done during the first repair. Thanks. Stuart

Candy CDI 1012 Dishwasher

providing its not under guarantee remove mains plug and remove door skin from front of door carefully, as it has to go back on, look for any broken wires just above the door hinge, there will be about 10 or 15 wires, its possible that if you have checked what you said have checked properly that one of these wires has got hot and broken (very common fault of all dishwashers aver 3 year old) replace wire with care etc, work safely,
