Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
This is called a power cycle any time a cell phone starts shutting itself down and restarting itself its usually a manufacturers defect and usually requires a warranty exchange or a insurance claim basically a new phone but if you notice its only doing it when you go online to the mobile web go to your web start it and hit setting or menu depending on the phone and clear your history cache if available and cookies if available just like a computer it gets too much info store traveling from site to site and it can shut it off. also if its in general the phone itself may have a full memory you can check to see what you are using by going to menu, settings, phone settings or phone info usually the last option and it will give you an option to check your memory some phones do have a separate menu for memory if you cannot locate it let me know
