Question about RCA OPAL M4001 MP3 Player

1 Answer

My MP3 Opal is a blue and white one with like 2 gigs and its screen has been doin' some funny stuff like when it says wait, the screen will turn off and then go back to where it was before I changed it, I couldn't put any pictures on it cause after I looked at them I would have to reset it to get back to my music, and now it won't turn on; I've held down the play button for 10 min and it won't turn on. It doesn't do anything when I plug it in and none of my computers can see it (the reset button has done nothing)...is it fixable or is it time for a new MP3?

I would have to contact the RCA company, either through the internet or phone and send it back to get the operating software on it.

hope this helps.

Player won't work

Go to the RCA Opal website and download the newest firmware. That may clear it up.
