Question about MSI Wind U100-030US Laptop
My msi wind wont start!!! i was trying to reinstall my windows using the recovery disk, so restarted my wind but mistakenly pressed f12 instead of f11 to run the boot set-up, but my screen froze (totally hang) so i unplugged the power cord and the battery as a last resort to shut it down, then when i turned it on again the usual prompt is gone (intel logo). I tried pressing any key but nothing happened, the power button is lit but there's nothing on the screen..
Im not a technical person so thank you in advance for those who can help...
Thats a lil odd seems as if the motherboard is trying to determine what speed of ram you have but after about five mins or more if it doesnt do anything try reseating the ram cards if after five mins again try using just one ram card in one slot if it turns on fully turn it off and move the same working ram card to the next slot if any slot fails then that ram slot is dead if you have more then one ram card test it using the same method if the ram card does not work then that ram card is bad

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Not really sure what you are expecting. The wireless antenna is within the computer--you won't see it.
What you will need to do is to turn the wireless networking on. This is done in some computers with a small switch on the case (in this case, there is usually a light that comes on when you turn the switch on). In other cases, you will have to use the Fn key plus one of the special function keys at the top of the unit (has a picture representing a wireless connection on it--possibly something like an antenna).
If this fails, go into your network connections and see if the wireless connection is actually turned on. If you have Vista, this is sorta easy as you click on "connect to" and then choose "wireless network"

Your problem is not the drivers. The msi u100 webcam is supported by the operating system without the need for installing drivers for it.
Instead, turn it on by pressing and holding the Fn key (bottom left corner) and then pressing F6.
