What error do you get? are you getting an error saying "you do not have administrator privillages" but you are the administrator on your windows....
click start, click computer or my computer, right click on your C: drive then click properties it will open a new window and show you all the profile on your system including you profile, click Security Tab you will see Group or user name in the box will be alist of profiles on your computer under will be a box for the permissions that allow you what you can do on you computer. you will have check boxes allow and deny check under your profile if everything is set to allow if not then you shoud for windows to allow you to install on your system after setting your profile to Allow on every check box you see in the box click on apply then OK, if not promted to restart just restart your computer to make the changes take effect.
