SOURCE: My Baracuda pool cleaner doesn't work at all

While the cleaner is in the water, see if there is suction on the bottom of it. If not than you probably have a bad hose.(Broken) If there is a lot of suction then the diaphragm probably is either worn out or has a rip or tear in it.

Use your flow gauge to check for proper water flow. It might need to be adjusted. This is usually the issue when this problem arises with this pool cleaner. Check the diaphragm for blockage, damage, or ware. Also, make sure that your hose weight is 29 inches from your cleaner.

My Baracuda is dead in the water, water getting sucked in but it won't move? What could be the problem

There are a couple things that you can check if your pool cleaners not moving. First and foremost, use your Pulse Point feature to make sure that you are receiving proper water flow. If you water flow is too low, it will cause the cleaner not to move. Similarly, make sure that your filter and pump are clear of debris (which can also reduce flow). Make sure that there is no excessive wear and tear or damage to the diaphragm of the cleaner. Replace it if necessary. Finally, check for leaks in your hose by lifting each section above water one at a time.

Their is probally a small hole or tear in your diaprham and will need replacement. If you take it to a pool store they will probally do this for you just for the price of the part.

Zodiac Baracuda Zippy Pool Cleaner only clean one pool side because strong jet don't let move to other side

If you don't have directonal eyeballs on your jet's you can get a dirveter for the jet that will push the water down the wall rather than out into the pool. Get these at your local pool store. Baracuda and Kreepy Krawlie both make them.

My baracuda G3 stop working is not pulsating and therefore not moving. I checked the suction and the hoses even the diaphram everything looks ok.

If you have suction at the bottom of the cleaner, there has to be a problem with the diaphragm. I would remove it and recheck.

The control should be below the water, and if you cut the suction down that should help with the cleaner.
