Hi, There should be a grey button on the side, press it to lock the wheels if i remember correctly. on the main body of the pram (big plastic bit) where the handle goes into the body, not down at the wheels
You just need to tighten the screws on the wheel housing around the nob that locks the wheel. This loosens up over time but I've had my stroller 4 years and have only tightened it 2 x's.
