Question about Wacom Bamboo Fun 5.8" x 3.7" USB Tablet with Cordless Pen and Mouse - Black
Today i plugged my Bamboo tablet (not sure what version) into my computer and when i tried to use it, it wouldn't work properly. Whne I first got it (maybe 18 months ago?)The pen would work around 1mm from the tablet and to click you had to tap the tablet. Now it will click or highlight anything on the computer screen when the pen is held 2cm away. It is extremely frustrating because I need to use it for my art designs for classes and it wont draw anything at all. Could you please help me find out why my Bamboo set has become so sensitive?
I've had the intuos and it worked for years without incident. I have the
bamboo and after only a few months it's having issues. WTF is up with
that?! I've already changed the nub out once. It worked fine for a while
but now... I have to double click to get it to release anything it
grabs onto. As a graphic artist where precision is involved... that's
I think it's time to contact their customer service.
