Question about Plantronics PL-CS55 Wireless Headset
I have check the cords and everything is plugged in correctly and the person on the other end still can not hear me, I can her them just fine but it is like I'm on mute.
Make sure your phone does not have the touch tone buttons built into the handset. If they are the CS55 will only produce one way communication.

If everything works fine check your audio setings lower right side of your screen right click on the speaker icon check playback devices and recording devices select using the drop down on the menus if there are other audio devices on the list try selecting that and play around your Mic if you can do a recording on microsoft and check if the mic is in mute undet the sudio properties under sounds check th mic settings ..... ^_^
