Question about Vizio Televison & Video
This is a negative sign when the tuner/decoder goes bad, you will have these lines. I would take it to a tv shop and have them eval it because this issue is within the TV and not user serviceable to tell you the truth. So my diagnosis would be the decoder /tuner and again this is without looking at it so keep that in mind, I thank you for giving me the opportunity to assit you but you going to need further hands in the cookie jar then a support session here,=. With vizio as a whole at the time if it where me I would cut my losses and grab a new sam-sung to be honest. This name brand TV is common with these decoder/tuner failures so keep that in mind.
