Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Most likely to be the drum. Clean it (or the fuser) with a dry tissue.

Hey! I have just installed my HP Colour LaserJet CP 1215 Printer to my Laptop which is istalled Window 7. However, the printing speed is too slow . How can i fix it? I 'll appreciate your help.

We have found this is in some cases and the solution that seems to work best is to download the HP Universal Print driver and install it instead of the driver that comes with the printer.

Everytime I try to print it says I have a paper jam. I have completely cleared all paper and it still indicates a jam.

Hi There,

This is a known issue with the
HP Color LaserJet CP 1215 Printer. If your printers formatter is gone bad then you'll have this kind of error with the light status on the printer.

All you need to do is to call the technical support of HP and get the formatter replaced for free if your printer is under warranty.

Hope this solution resolves your issue.
Please vote for me if your issue is resolved.
Thanks
Enjoy and Cheers !!!!

Hp color laserjet cp1215 is laying a shadow double print on the paper front and back. Went thru cleaning process and changed toner. How can I clean it up and get a clear print. Is there a drum or fuser...

Press Menu button. Then press the <Left> scroll button and <Cancel> button simultaneously. This will take you to the secondory service menu. Press the menu button and select secondary service. Scroll through the menu item and you will see <Clean belt> option. Select it and press select again. This will clean the belt for you. Do it may be two or three times. This will solve your problem.
