Question about Insignia D300a PC Desktop
It is likely your normal boot device which would be the hard disk (drive c:) is having some problem.
The bios setup for bootup sequence would have been set as hard drive followed by CD or floppy (if you have one, etc.).
I would suggest that you insert your original Windows setup CD in the CD drive and power up the PC. Check if it is booting up into Windows setup.
You will have to get the PC checked up for the reason why the hard drive is not working. It could be a simple cable problem or more complex hard drive failure or some problem on the mother board. If CD bootup works then it is unlikely to be a motherboard issue.
