I can help you with your URC-3021 Universal Remote Control.

The codes for Daewoo TVs are: 0451, 1661, 0092, 0672, & 0623.

How do i link remote to tv and dvd?

Hi Damien,

Unless you have an 'intelligent' remote (e.g. Samsung), then you'll have to program either remote to sync with the other device. For example, if you want to use your original TV remote, then you'll find a program procedure and code in your TV manual (or online). There will be a remote button sequence you follow, including the input of the code that corresponds with your DVD model (e.g. Sony). If the remote takes the code, then it is actually programmed and should communicate with your DVD in a generic capacity. Sometimes your device remote has device-specific features that only its original remote would be able to access, so don't get rid of the DVD remote.

I've attached a link to Samsung's programming sequence -- yours would be different of course with a different mfg.

Good luck.

Daewoo DVQ13H1FC No Original Remote, stuck in LINE! Help!!!

It's been years but in case any poor future soul comes across this site, this is a solvable problem, if you have an older gray/silver Comcast remote. Plug the white/yellow front cables into your cable box, then the remote can be programmed using the instructions on the Comcast site for Daewoo, after that you hit the tv/cable button and viola, off line in and on to antenna!!

this is from your producer: Product Description ? BASIC OPERATION OK ? everyone knows what a handheld remote control unit does for your home electronics. You can control your basic four (4) components: TV, DVD player, VHS player, Cable or Satellite tuner. Setup is simple for these basic 4? put in the batteries, look up the manufacturer of your component (Mitsubishi TV) and note the possible 3-digit ?program codes?? turn on the component, press the remote control?s PROGRAM button until the light stays red, press the component button (i.e., TV), enter in the ?program code?, and press the ?power off button? ? if the component (i.e., TV) turns off: you are programmed! If the component (i.e., TV) doesn?t turn off, then repeat the sequence using another of the manufacturer?s program codes until it does. Easy ? took me about 3 minutes to program my old Zenith TV (in the bedroom), my SONY DVD player, and my Mitsubishi S-VHS player. No problems at all. HOWEVER, in case you do run into a component for which the ?program codes? don?t work? you can go through a sequence to self-identify the coding. While I won?t go into it here, it is only slightly more time consuming than the other method. As my codes worked fine, I can not address this aspect, so I won?t make a claim we didn?t test.
