Question about Cell Phones
Step 1- start
step 2- messaging
step 3- set up email
step 4- enter details
step 5- it should be complete
push email requires exchange which is usually only given if you are connecting to a work email.
otherwise you can select your inbox to retrieve mail at minimum every 5 minutes- which should be sufficient and much more battery efficient then push-email.

Tips for a great answer:

Nov 19, 2014 | Samsung Galaxy Cell Phones
Feb 04, 2014 | hotmail.com
Jun 12, 2011 | LG GD510 Cell Phone
Note: Syncing email account settings to iPhone
or iPod touch copies the email account setup, not the messages
themselves. Whether the messages in your inbox appear on both iPhone or
iPod touch and your computer depends on the type of email account you
have and how it's configured. You may need to enter your password on the
device after syncing account settings.
here is a video for doing this procedure..
