This Should be done at a dealer or by someone experianced.

There are several special instructions that have to be followed

as well as a special injector height tool required to set the injector.

Replaced Catalytic Conv., Fuel Pressure Reg, Fuel Pressure Sensor, Muffler/exhaust. Cat still gets glowing orange/red. Any help ?

Do a compression check of the engine. You may have a bent or burnt exhaust valve that is letting unburned fuel get into the exhaust stream. It will burn in the cat and that can cause the red glow.

I replaced catalytic converter in my 2006 Pacifica and after two months check engine light came back on,code 420 bad cat.

you will get this code when the incompletely burned fuel in the cat has built up to a certain level and cat can no longer absorb more. The cause of incompletely burned fuel in the cat can be due to many reasons:

1. sparkplugs not firing correctly (wrong gap or fouled)(problem with ingntion components(wiring to spark plugs to high resistance)
2. fuel injectors are fouled.
3. bad fuel, incorrect fuel (regular vs premium-see user manual)

You will have to verify plugs are good, plug wires are good, injectors are clean, fuel is good.

once you get these things line out the light will eventually go out.

My check engine light is on the code catalytic efficiency 420 port 2 how do i find

the cat convertor is contaminated with fuel. If the light will not go off (its always on) you have two choices: 1. install new cat(s) or Run premium fuel until light goes out. However before doing either you must first ensure the car's: air filter is new, the spark plugs are new and you put fuel injector cleaner in every tank of fuel. and you might want to replace the O2 sensor in the exhaust pipe. (fuel injectors foul up and cause spilling of fuel instead of spraying atomized fuel and if the spark plugs are fouled they ill not do complete burn of the fuel and therefore cause fuel to get into the cat converter. The O2 sensor can also cause the computer to adjust the timing to fire the plugs and cause similar issues)

I have a pete with a 3406e cat. if the jakes or out of adjustment can it drop oil pressure

highly unlikely, the jakes are just valves in the cylinders that open to let the compression escape the piston cylinder so the engine stops producing power and can slow down your engine much quicker than normal. They have nothing to do with your oil system. If you have low oil pressure my first guess would be to look at and test your oil pump.

Lpg conversion on Audi a8. 3.0l The cat has been wrecked, £2500 to replace, likely causes? The garage changed injectors 6 weeks in to reduce fuel, could that have been problem?

Yes it sure sounds like it could be.....the cat probably heated up way to much due to a bad fuel mixture

Changing injectors is never a way to go to reduce fuel flow. the injector will only spray as much fuel as the computer tells it too. The controls for the LP were probably not installed properly or not adjusted correctly.

And you may have had a marginally bad convertor to begin with before the conversion, and a bad conversion made it worse.
