I would save myself the trouble and hard reset the phone. but first make sure you backup all your personal files like contacts/pictures/music/videos/and so on.. you re-set it by: 1.Select Start 2. Accessories 3. Clear Storage 4. Type 1234 in the box 5. Select YES.

i have a dash...i hate it, but i got that message a lot too, but i got a mini 2 GB storage card and i have all the space i need...it was like $25 bucks and if i just store all my pics and voice notes to the card, the phone never gave me that message again.even without erasing all of my texts. :-)
I accidentally deleted memo and task. I went to the blackberry site and downloaded the updated desktop manager software. After it was installed, I went to "backup" tab and it gave me the option of selecting those programs and I got them back:). Hope this works for you!
Many people clear photos and videos. However, they fail to clear audio recordings. Look for a long accidental recording of an audio. A long audio file also can take up all your disk space. So one day it has capacity to take 200 photos. The next day "no disk space". Hope it helps. CT
