Question about Rinnai RHFE-1004FA 38,400 BTU Energy Saver Ductless Heater - LP Gas
It is a very high efficiency appliance, during operation a small amount pof water is produced in the flue tubes, this drains into the enamel tray. It is quite normal for a small quantity of water to remain in the bottom of the tray.If you are using the humidifier, it will need filling about once a day durying the heating season.
Let me know,if needed further assistance.
