If you are getting the corrupted data message then you have corrupted data on your Playstation 3's hard drive or there is a problem with the drive its self. The link below will take you through formating the drive.

My PS3 hard drive is corrupted. How do I get the PS3 software in the new hard drive?

What do you mean? if you mean that you have a new hard drive, then just install it where the old one is and continue normal operation. obviously, you will not have any data stored on the old drive. If your new drive is corrupt, you are SOL, as you can't "uncorrupt" corrupted data. Actually, i think you can, but it is a time consuming, cost-prhibitive procedure.

I put in the game Gran Turismo 5 into my PS3 and instead of loading in the game the screen pops up and says (Accessing game data. Please do not switch off the system while the HDD access indicator is...

This means it's loading your Game Data. There's nothing wrong with this appearing on the screen, it's common and simply indicates that it's loading your last saved state.
If it's stuck on that for a long period of time and not taking you into the game, then you need to go into the Saved Data Utility on your PS3 and delete your saved data file for Gran Turismo 5. Something might be corrupt.
Gran Turismo 5 uses a lot of the PS3's power, so having longer than average load times doesn't mean something is wrong with your PS3.

Some times the data on your hard will get corrupted. The thing you have to keep in mind is that the Playstation 3 is a glorified computer. The link below will help you address the issue that you are having.

I get message sayn hard drive is corrupt

Try entering Recovery Mode.
Then choose "Restore File System".
If that doesn't work, re-enter Recovery Mode and choose "Rebuild Database".
If that doesn't work, you may have to re-enter Recovery Mode and choose "Restore PS3 System". This will delete all of your data, but it may solve the problem.
If all else fails, replace your hard disk drive.

Corrupted data

It's possible that you're turning off the ps3 while it's saving, corrupting the save data.
Make sure when you turn off the ps3 it's not in the process of saving.
Try the above and if you still have no luck it's possible there's an issue with your ps3's hard drive, have you had any problems with any other games?

Also, if the problem persists, try deleting the MW2 gamedata, located under gamedata on the ps3's menu.
Best of luck to you.

Corrupt ps3 hard drive recover data

NO, there is NOTHING you can do. The drive is encrypted by the PS3.

The ONLY thing you can do is replace the hard drive with a new drive and keep the old drive somewhere safe until the PS3 is hacked.

That's it!
