Question about Verizon Communications enV2 Cellular Phone
Just put the ESN on your account through store or Verizon account online and when you reprogram the phone to your number the code will reset to last 4 of your phone #(only works for LG and some Samsung)

I suggest you go to your local Verizon Store or you can call Verizon Customer Service and ask how they can help you unlock your phone.
