Question about HP Pavilion dv9000z Notebook
This could be hardware issue however plz try with the steps below:
1 disconnect the ac adapter and remove the battery from the notebook
2 press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
3 replace the battery and connect the ac adapter back to the notebook
4 turn On the notebook and check for the issue
if the issue persists remove and replace the memory modules of the notebook and check for the issue.
if the issue still persists then it could be a hardware issue and the laptop needs to be repaired
