Hello, try tightening your antenna connection this happens when your signal input cable is fualty or loose check that first. then try all other connection that come from your cable,sat reciever or antenna hook up. if your using a digital reception device or digital antenna check those connections to. and be aware that digital reception has interuptions and they depend on the distance between you and the digital signal broadcast station, sometimes storms and atmospheric conditions may cuase a brief lapse in the signal.(stutter) what are you using for a reception? satelite, cable or a digital antenna? hope this helps
