Question about Dell Computers & Internet
Upon powering the system press Fn+F11 this should open the dell factory defaults option screen then select restore my computer to factory defaults if Fn+F11 doesn't work try Fn+E upon powering the system. ^_^ if all else fails you can request a disc from dell including drivers to reimage the HDD back to defaults
