In my yari phone the right navigation key & back key isn't working.please assist me how to rectify this probs.

Hi, what controls the function of the navigation keys is the flex of the cell phone..

The flex of the phone is located inside the phone, it controls the functions of both the screen an also the keypads of the phone.

The flex is a thread like object that is located inside the phone. To see the flex, you will need to disassemble the phone to get to the flex of the phone.

After replacing the phone flex, your done..

You can get a replacement flex from any of the phone repair stores around you.

Hope it helps.

5/\ CA This text was in a message that a friend opened and then its Sony Ericsson W760i has a black screen. Maybe it was dropped? Maybe it is the flex cable? Or a virus? Any ideas?

Hello,

there is nothing wrong with your screen, the problem is from the flex that connects your screen to the phone's main board. This flex must have worn out that's why your screen is not displaying any picture.

The problem is common with flip and slide phones. The flex gets worn out as a result of constant opening and close of the flip or slide phone.

I would urge you to replace the flex and I am assuring you that your screen will display picture again. You might also be lucky to find out that the flex is not well fix, that is, it may have loosed contact.

If you cannot change the flex yourself, maybe you should take the phone to a local repairer within your vicinity, so that the flex can be fixed/replaced.

Take care.
