HELP!!!! I am frustrated, I just got a dyson dc07 animal vaccuum in the mail, it came with NO INSTRUCTION MANUAL. This is the most frustrating vaccuum I have EVER USED. It is impossible to figure out things on it without instructions, it is not obvoius. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! Am not happy. My name is Nancy.

I have a DC 21 Dysonstowaway. Lately it cuts out a LOT, when vacumning . I press the start switch on the head, goes for 5 sec. Stops, goes, stops etc. How frustrating !! What can I do ?

Sounds like a loose power connection someplace on the machine. Probably needs to be looked at by an experienced repairperson.

When I turn the vaccuum on the roller works for about 20 seconds, then I hear an awful, loud noise, and the roller does not work. Sounds like maybe some gears are being stripped? Please help

It sounds like you need to change the belts. You can get replacements and view the manual here:

I rinsed and cleaned filter out real good seems to have fixed problem? Time will tell. As vacuum sometimes would turn on and other times would not.

There are 2 belts the one is hidden under the Black casing.
