Question about Microsoft Windows Live OneCare 1.5 for PC
This is usually caused by inadvertently "mousing over" the ad. There should be a little 'x' some where in one of the corners of the ad to close it. Or you can always close that tab or all of Internet Explorer and bring it up again.
Just keep in mind if you put your mouse anywhere near one of those banners it will likely bring that big ad up again.
