if you have lost it then, you will need to contact your service provider(orange,tesco,e.t.c.). there is no alternative way to get this code

puk code will come with network provider. so you can call to your network provider customer care and give your simcard number. They will give you puk code. By using this you can unlock your mobile....Hope you will succeed...
