Tekcolor correction should take care of that.

Yeah I know. The infameous Xerox link does not work.

    Go to Xerox.com.

    Then click "support and drivers"

Under Enter product name enter "Phaser 7300" no quotation marks.

The click the red support tab

Then click the black Support Knowledge Base

then in the search box type Poor Colors

Then the link to Colors do not match...................

That will take you to TekColor

Was printing photos all was ok then printer stoped printing black

There are 4 inks, cyan, magenta, yellow, and black. When the black runs out, you are left with sort of a dark purple or brown color.

Serious Color Printer Issues

This is to do with the way in which the cyan, magenta, yellow and black ink is mixed to produce all the colours e.g. to print "red" requires both magenta and yellow ink. Thus, if the magenta ink is not flowing for some reason, for example, the "red" will print out as yellow. So, make sure all your cartridges and nozzles are working properly.
