Question about Panasonic Televison & Video
Ok.......first thing coming to mind is to check the previous service......very care fully examine the power/defl board for any crt coolant fluid which may have spilled........if so clean carefully up with flux off and swab up with q tips or alike.........use a hair dryer to completely dry. PS I am thinking this is a Phillips/Magnavox not Panasonic??

The powering on and off issues seems like it would be the power supply which is also one of the more common mechanics to go bad on theese larger televisions but the only way to know for certain would be to have a service tech come out and look at it for you if it is the power supply i dont think the part or labor would be much at all
hope this helps

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
