Hi. I think you need to download the latest drivers for your machine at dell drivers support website and install it on your computer. Try this website http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/sitelets/feedback/iperceptions/iperceptions
Just type in there the model of your laptop and it will provide you with the latest drivers and softwares for your laptop. Hope This Helps

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: No audio device found
Download Driver Cleaner Pro v.15 from the link. Also, download, and save on your desktop, a clean version of your Sound Card drivers. Run DCPv1.5 and remove all of your audio drivers, plus any possible problem drivers (i.e., if you installed generic drivers to try and get your card to work). After you uninstall, reboot, install your downloaded drivers and reboot again. This should fix your problem, if not please post an update to this thread and I'll continue troubleshooting with you.
