Question about Printers & Copiers
My paper wouldn't feed either. After the initial panic, I looked at the manual. Wow, what a concept! All I needed to do was CLEAN the rollers. Don't worry, all you have to do is follow these instructions. And it worked. Hope this helps.
1 Make sure that the machine is turned on, and then remove any paper from the Auto Sheet Feeder and Cassette.
2 Press the Paper Feed Switch to select the paper source to clean.
3 Clean the paper feed rollers.
(1) Select Settings on the HOME screen.
See Basic Operation for the Operation Panel.
The Settings screen is displayed.
(2) Select Maintenance, then press the OK button.
The Maintenance screen is displayed.
(3) Select Roller cleaning, then press the OK button.
The confirmation screen is displayed.
(4) Select Yes, then press the OK button.
The Paper Feed Rollers will rotate as they clean.
4 Repeat step 3 twice.
(there are more instructions in case this doesn't work, but you'll have to look that up yourself- these were enough to put my printer back to work)

Select the FEED SWITCH button and make sure it is set to automatic. You can feed it through the back too, so that is probably the problem. Hope it helps :)

What is the printer brand and model#? also try making sure the paper is in far enough and isn't sticking, and the paper guide is tight
