Question about Washing Machines
All I have extra is the serial Number CG3603060, the model number is still 110.4786291. Could it be because it might be a Canadian make on this. Why I am asking is because I'm not sure what's wrong with it. It doesn't seem to spinning the water out of the clothes that well. Have to spin them twice on fleecy towels.
110 is a Whirlpool made unit. All sears/kenmore models begin with three numbers which indicate the manufacturer

That could be why I can't find a match for the model number, I'm not sure. If it was belt driven, the drive belts are located under the washer. You can carefully lift it up enough to look underneath to check it. If you see a couple of pulleys with belts, its a belt driven washer. If all you see is a small drive motor, transmission and pump, it would be a direct drive. Let me know what you find.
