Question about Refrigerators
The freezer must have been opened for a long time and than closed
without defrosting or it has been filled with huge amount of food that
was quite warm (especially if it is in warm room).
You need to turn it off, unplug it, move food to some cold place in the house and wide open the door to defrost and melt away all frost and ice. Make sure to be there to collect water.
When it all melts away, dry it up and turn it on on full power. Wait till it reaches desired temperature and than gradually fill it.
