Try reseating the battery but before your return the battery after romving it Press and hold down the power button for 5-10 seconds then return the batt and try turning system on if it boots that will be good but if not try reseating the Hard Drive from the system then try booting again ^_^

Possibly the fan is not spinning in your computer, but if the above still does not let the system boot into windows and nothing is on the screen and u hear high pitched noise most probably the Processor on your system is toast only thing that can cause a no post with a high pitched sound is your processor

..Computer screne is black,,d sub comes up and

Huh? D-Sub is a connector? If you plug an external monitor into it the laptop is probably designed to shut of the internal screen. If this is not what you mean please get someone who can write a functional English sentence to clarify your meaning.

Will not load up or take charge

Try removing the AC power, removing the battery and then holding down the power button for five seconds. On the MacBook Air, press (left) Shift-Control-Option along with the power button once. Note: You must use the keys on the left side of the MacBook Air keyboard.
If that doesnt work try this:
  1. Shut down the computer.
  2. Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command, Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
  3. Turn on the computer.
  4. Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys. You must press this key combination before the gray screen appears.
  5. Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
  6. Release the keys.

My laptop powers up but now it will frequently

This folder means your Mac can't find a "Startup Disk'. Try holding down the "option" key at startup.
If you see a drive, select it and click the arrow.
If you have an iBook or Powerbook try holding down the "X" key at startup.
If neither of these options work you may need to repair the disk. To do this do the following.
Turn on your mac, immediately after the tone press and hold the command + S keys until the computer shows a black screen with white text.

Once this is finished loading you'll be at a "command line"

Type the following exactly as shown, including spaces.

/sbin/fsck -fy

Now press the return key.

If any repairs were made, repeat entering the command and press return.

Do this until no repairs are made.

Now type the following exactly as shown.

reboot

And press return.

If your computer reboots and makes it to the login screen then congratulations. If not you can try this as well.

Start up your mac and BEFORE the grey screen appears press and hold the following keys at the same time.

command + option + p + r

hold these keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time, then let go of the keys.

Other than that you may need to take it to someone to be repaired. hope this helps.

The left side of my keyboard works fine (qwerty) but the left hand side of my keyboard (uiop) come in scrambled. I attached a Microsoft keyboard to the USB port and the USB attached keyboard works fine...

You can try uninstalling the keyboard in the device manager and then restarting the computer.

Also you could try booting into Safe Mode with Command Prompt too see if the keyboard works normally.

Let me know.
